Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Measured by its ability to inhibit Wnt-3a-induced alkaline phosphatase production by mouse preosteoblast cells (MC3T3‑E1) . The ED50 for this effect is 0.3-1.5 µg/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL of Wnt-3a.
