Source : Escherichia Coli. AHA1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 320 amino acids (19-337) and having a molecular mass of 36.1 kDa. AHA1 is a cochaperone that stimulates hsp90 ATPase activity. AHSA1 binds the middle domain of Hsp90 (amino acid 272-627) and functions as an ATPase-activating protein that competes with p23 and other co-chaperones for Hsp90 binding.AHA1 affects a step in the endoplasmic reticulum to golgi trafficking.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The AHA1 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCI buffer (pH 8.0) and 2mM EDTA.

ASHA1 although stable 4°C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
