Source : Escherichia Coli. RAB11A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 249 amino acids (1-213a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.1 kDa. RAB11A protein is fused to a 36 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography. RAB11A is part of the small GTPase superfamily, Rab family. RAB11A is related with both constitutive and regulated secretory pathways, and takes part in protein transport. RAB11A is a well-known marker for protein trafficking, sorting, and recycling in the endosomal pathway. RAB11A is a main regulator of membrane delivery during cytokinesis.

RAB11A Human solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1mM DTT, 1mM EDTA & 20% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
