RAB24 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 227 amino acids (1-203) and having a molecular mass of 25.7 kDa.RAB24 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAB24 is a member of the small GTPase superfamily which regulates intracellular protein transferring, nonetheless the specific role of RAB24 has not yet been revealed.
