SRP19 Human Recombinant fused with a 23 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (1-144 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.5kDa. The SRP19 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Signal recognition particle 19kDa protein (SRP19) is a member of the SRP19 family. SRP19 binds directly to 7S RNA and mediates binding of the 54 kDa subunit of the SRP.

The SRP19 solution (0.25mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 50% glycerol and 2mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
