Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-2 secretion by stimulated human acute T cell leukemia cells (Jurkat) . The ED50 for this effect is 0.1-0.4 µg/mL when stimulated with 1 µg/mL recombinant human B7‑1/CD80 in the presence of PHA.

Lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 5% Trehalose, 5% Mannitol.
