Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant mouse FCGRT/FCRN (Cat #: AMF14601) is immobilized at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well), the concentration of human IgG that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is found to be approximately 2-10 μg/mL.
