NUCB2 Mouse Recombinant fused to N-terminal His-Tag produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain (amino acids 25-420) containing 417 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 49kDa.NUCB2 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Nucleobindin-2 (NUCB2) is a EF-hand calcium-binding protein. Nucleobindin-2 takes part in calcium homeostasis and is a multifunctional protein that interacts with Ca (2+) nucleic acids & various regulatory proteins in different signaling pathways. NUCB2 is localized in neuronal perikarya and dendrites of mouse brain.

The protein solution (1mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM EDTA.
