Source : Escherichia Coli. STMN3 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 163 amino acids (39-180 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.9 kDa. The STMN3 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. STMN3 is a neuronal specific protein which belongs to the stathmin/oncoprotein 18 family of microtubule-destabilizing phosphoproteins. It is similar to the SCG10 protein and is involved in signal transduction and regulation of microtubule dynamics.

STMN3 Human solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1mM DTT & 10% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
