OneScript® Hot 5X RT MasterMix is a ready-to-use solution designed for efficient and reliable first-strand cDNA synthesis. It simplifies workflow while ensuring high reproducibility and strong performance. The master mix contains abm’s OneScript® Hot Reverse Transcriptase, RNaseOFFTM Ribonuclease Inhibitor, dNTPs, and a balanced combination of oligo (dT) and random primers. The reverse transcriptase is engineered with modifications that eliminate RNase H activity, improving thermal stability and preserving RNA integrity during reverse transcription, which results in higher cDNA yield and quality. This formulation is ideal for generating high-quality cDNA suitable for a wide range of downstream molecular biology applications.
