Immobilized Recombinant RSVA (A2) RSV-postF Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 11049-V49H5-B) at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Anti-RSV-F Antibody (site II) (Cat: 68173-H001), the EC50 is 45-140 ng/mL, Recombinant RSVA (A2) RSV-postF Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 11049-V49H5-B) is verified not recoginized by Anti-RSV Antibody (Site Ø) (Cat: 68172-H001) and Anti-RSV Antibody (AM14) (Cat: 68178-H001) in low concentration.
It migrates as an approximately 47.1 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 179.3 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
