Immobilized Recombinant RSV post-F Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 40999-V49H-B) at 1 μg/mL (100μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Anti-RSV F (Research Grade Palivizumab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 1-5 ng/mL and not bind Anti-RSV-F (Research Grade Nirsevimab Biosimilar) (QC tested) .
It migrates as an approximately 43.7 kDa and 20.5 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 189.7 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
