1.Immobilized Recombinant RSV-preF Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 40999-V49H1-B) at 1 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Anti-RSV-F (Research Grade Nirsevimab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 0.3-1.5 ng/mL (QC tested) . 2.Immobilized Recombinant RSV-preF Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 40999-V49H1-B) at 1 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Anti-RSV-F (Research Grade Palivizumab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 0.3-1.5 ng/mL (Routinely tested) .
It migrates as an approximately 61.8 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 188.2 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
