The recombinant RSVB (BA9) Post-fusion glycoprotein F/ RSV post-F has a predicted molecular mass of 56.13 kDa.It migrates as an approximately 42.3 kDa and 21.1 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 170.8 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
