No. 11049-VNAS) with an affinity constant of 6.290 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant RSV (A2) Prefusion glycoprotein F has a predicted molecular mass of 54.5 kDa.It migrates as an approximately 57.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 160 kDa -190kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
