Scolopin-2

Scolopin-2 is an antimicrobial peptide from centipede venoms. Scolopin-2 shows strong antimicrobial activities against a panel of Gram-positive/negative bacteria and fungi (MIC ≤ 7.5 μg/mL) . Scolopin-2 shows moderate hemolytic activity against both human and rabbit red cells. Scolopin-2 can be used for antimicrobial research[1].
