Seladelpar (Standard) is the analytical standard of Seladelpar. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Seladelpar (MBX-8025) is an orally active, potent and specific PPARδ agonist with an EC50 of 2 nM. Seladelpar shows more than 750-fold and 2500-fold selectivity over the PPARα and PPARγ receptors, respectively. Seladelpar can be used for the study of primary biliary cholangitis[1].
