Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Recognzies human Siglec-3/CD33. In direct ELISA and Western Blot, no crossreactivity is observed with recombinant human Siglec-2, -5, -7, -9.
