Sintilimab is fully human anti-PD-1 antibody used for tumor immunotherapy. It adopts the IgG4 molecular framework and has its hinge region sequence modified (S228P) . Sindilimum acts as a blocker of programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), which can bind to PD-1 molecule on the surface of T cells and release the inhibitory effect of the PD-1 pathway on T cells.
