SK-OV-3 Lysaat

SK-OV-3 cells are derived from the ascitic fluid from a 64 year old female with an ovarian tumour. SK-OV-3 cells are resistant to tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and to several cytotoxic drugs, including diphtheria toxin, cis-platinum and adriamycin.

Aliquot the lysate into single tube and then storing them -80C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
