For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human pan synuclein. Species Crossreactivity: Rat.3/2/07 replace Desc1 which was deleted-add IHC image change grade from purified-chack off WB-WS 2/27/07-Changed Applications. Applications: Western Blot: (2-4ug/ml for 2hours at RT) (not verified) Immunohistology: (Formalin/paraffin) (Ab 1:400 for 30 min at RT) Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.-Changed Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only.
