TAT-MKK3b is a p38 peptide inhibitor. TAT-MKK3b can inhibit p38 phosphorylation. TAT-MKK3b has renal targeting, ROS-scavenging, and ferroptosis-mitigating capabilities. TAT-MKK3b improves acute kidney injury and its progression to chronic kidney disease[1].
