Tetrazine-Amine ((4- (1,2,4,5-Tetrazin-3-yl) phenyl) methanamine) is a tetrazine linker that can be used to covalently label live cells through a cycloaddition[1][2]. Tetrazine-Amine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a Tetrazine group that can undergo an inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction (iEDDA) with molecules containing TCO groups.
