The TGFBR2/TGF-beta RII protein is a transmembrane kinase that forms a receptor complex with TGFBR1 and is specialized for TGFB1, TGFB2, and TGFB3 signal transduction. Binding of cytokine dimers activates TGFBR1 through TGFBR2 phosphorylation, initiating canonical SMAD-dependent TGF-β signaling. TGFBR2/TGF-beta RII Protein, Mouse (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant mouse-derived TGFBR2/TGF-beta RII protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
