Western blot analysis of TMF expression in human HeLa cell lysate using TMF1 antibody. TMF1 western blot shows a major band at ~160 kDa. Although the calculated mass is ~123 kDa, TMF1 is a coiled-coil Golgi scaffold that commonly migrates above its predicted size, consistent with the observed band.
