TNAA E.Coli

Source: E.coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Tryptophanase, also known as tnaA, catalyzes chemical reaction using 2 substrates which are L-tryptophan and H2O. tnaA protein's three products are indole, pyruvate, and NH3.TNAA Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 494 amino acids (1-471) and having a molecular mass of 55.2kDa.TNAA is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Tryptophanase/L-cysteine desulfhydrase, PLP-dependent, Tryptophanase, TNAA, L-tryptophan indole-lyase, TNase, tnaA, ind.

Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The TNAA solution (0.5mg/mL) contains Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4), 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
