Tri a 14.0101 consists of 4 helical fragments and irregular C-terminal regions which are highly stable to heat treatment and proteolytic attack.Recombinant Non-Specific Lipid-Transfer Protein Tri a 14 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 13kDa. Tri a 14.0101 is expressed with a 6xHis tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Tri a 14.0101 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 200mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
