SSA2 may stabilize these RNAs from degradation. Sera taken from patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) often contains antibodies that react with the normal cellular SSA2 protein as if this antigen was foreign.TROVE2 is a biotinlyated natural protein having a molecular mass of 58kDa. TROVE2 is purified from bovine tissues by protein-chemical methods.

TROVE2 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 150mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
