The TRUPCR® BS DNA Extraction Kit is designed for fast, efficient desulphonation and purification of bisulfite-treated DNA. The kit simplifies traditional bisulfite workflows using a streamlinedin-column desulphonationmethod that reduces DNA degradation and ensures high recovery. The converted DNA is ideal for PCR, sequencing, endonuclease digestion, microarrays, and other downstream applications.
