TRUPCR®Clostridium difficileDetection Kit is an in-vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the qualitative detection ofClostridium difficiletoxin genes; Toxin A (TcdA), Toxin B (TcdB) and binary toxin (cdtA, cdtB) from extracted total nucleic acid of clinical stool specimens or rectal swabs using Real-Time PCR. An endogenous internal control (IC) is integrated into the kit to monitor PCR inhibition and specimen adequacy.
