• RUO (Research Use Only) • Detects and differentiates five key bacterial pathogens –Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter, VTEC E. coli, andE. coli O157from stool samples. • Limit of detection (LOD) as low as 1000 CFU/mL for all target organisms. • Designed with highly conserved gene regions and validated primer-probe sets to prevent cross-reactivity with non-target organisms. • Validated on Rotor-Gene Q and Bio-Rad CFX96 Real-Time PCR instruments. • Requires minimal hands-on time with a total reaction volume of 25 μL per test (two-tube format) .

The TRUPCR® Gastrointestinal Panel I with E. coli O157 Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Campylobacter spp., Verotoxin (VTEC) producing E. coli, and E. coli O157 in clinical stool samples using Real-Time PCR technology. Endogenous Internal control gene is included in this assay, to verify the quality of samples, DNA and possible presence of inhibitors.
