TRUPCR® Magbead Total Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit The TRUPCR® Magbead Total Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay designed for the rapid preparation of highly pure viral nucleic acids from fluid biological samples such as plasma, serum, urine, and other body fluids. The kit uses magnetic beads for the isolation and purification of viral nucleic acids. The procedure consists of four steps: lysis, bind, wash, and elution. The purified nucleic acids are suitable for applications such as RT-PCR and automated fluorescent nucleic acid sequencing.
