The TRUPCR® NUP214 (CAN) Rearrangements Kit is a real-time PCR–based assay designed for the qualitative detection of NUP214 (CAN) gene rearrangements, specifically DEK-CAN and SET-CAN fusion transcripts, in peripheral blood or bone marrow samples. These rearrangements are recurrent but clinically significant events in acute leukemias.
