The TRUPCR Paediatric Leukaemia Panel Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of 18 markers of paediatric leukaemia in peripheral blood samples using Real-time PCR system. TRUPCR Paediatric Leukaemia Panel Kit requires cDNA as template. RNA should be extracted from the samples and then it should be converted to cDNA using components provided in kit. TRUPCR Paediatric Leukaemia Kit is a comprehensive kit that detects 18 markers and 38 different transcripts variant.
