TRUPCR® Toxoplasma Detection Kit is anin vitronucleic acid amplification assay for the qualitative detection ofToxoplasma sppusing Real-time PCR System. Each test is a multiplex reaction with two independent reactions running in parallel in which one target is forToxoplasma sppdetection in Hex/Yellow channel and another one for internal control (IC) detection in Tex Red/orange channel.
