TRUPCR® Viral Gastrointestinal Panel I Kit is a single-tube, multiplex Real-Time PCR assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Adenovirus serotype 40/41, Rotavirus, and Sapovirus in clinical stool samples. The assay is based on TaqMan hydrolysis probe technology, ensuring high specificity and sensitivity for reliable diagnosis of viral gastroenteritis. Endogenous Internal control gene is included in this assay, to verify the quality of samples, DNA and possible presence of inhibitors.
