The TRUPCR® Viral RNA Extraction Kit enables fast and efficient purification of high-quality viral RNA from a wide range of biological specimens, including respiratory samples and saliva. Using a silica-membrane spin-column format, the kit delivers RNA suitable for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and other enzymatic reactions. This kit provides highly reliable viral RNA recovery, through the inclusion of Carrier RNA to enhance binding efficiency and protect RNA integrity.
