The TRUPCR® VRSA Detection Kit is a multiplex real-time PCR assay designed for the qualitative detection of Staphylococcus aureus and the simultaneous detection and differentiation of vancomycin resistance genes vanA and vanB.This single-tube assay enables rapid identification of Vancomycin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (VRSA) directly from clinical samples, supporting timely and informed antimicrobial decision-making.
