UNC5B promotes inhibitionleukocyte migration, capillary branching and osteoclast differentiation that are Netrin-1-mediated. UNC5B is responsible for the activation of DAPK1 that can cause apoptosis. The protein takes part in tumorgenesis, development of atherosclerosis and tubular epithelial cells survival when an acute injury in the kidney occurs.UNC5B Rat Recombinant produced in HEK293 is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 590 amino acids (27-373 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 66.0kDa. UNC5B is fused to a 243 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
