Vectofusin-1

Vectofusin-1, cationic amphiphilic peptide, is a α-helical enhancers of lentiviral infection. Vectofusin-1 can strongly promote the entry of several retroviral pseudotypes into target cells. Vectofusin-1 can be used for the researches of infection and cancer, such as HIV infection[1].
