Abm’s Safe-GreenTM is a high-performance, non-toxic DNA gel stain designed as a safer alternative to ethidium bromide for agarose gel electrophoresis. It enables sensitive and reliable visualization of nucleic acids while eliminating the safety and contamination risks associated with ethidium bromide in laboratory equipment and waste handling. Safe-GreenTM is compatible with both UV and blue light detection systems and is suitable for downstream applications such as cloning and sequencing. Key features: Easy to use with UV and blue light systems Non-carcinogenic and safer alternative to EtBr High sensitivity (detects ~0.2–0.6 ng DNA per band) Compatible with downstream applications (cloning, sequencing) Includes 6X loading dye for direct sample loading Two inert tracking dyes for easy monitoring of gel migration
