1.Immobilized Recombinant Varicella-zoster virus (VZV) Glycoprotein E Protein (Cat: 40907-VNAS) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-Glycoprotein E (VZV) Antibody, the EC50 is 3-9 ng/mL. 2.Anti-HA Antibody (Research Grade Clone 4A2) captured on Protein A chip, can bind Varicella-zoster virus (VZV) Glycoprotein E Protein (Cat. No. 40907-VNAS) with an affinity constant of 12.100 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) .
It migrates as an approximately 70 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 68.4 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
