These proteins are implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. WNT3A is a member of the WNT gene family. WNT3A is a protein which shows 96% amino acid identity to mouse Wnt3A protein, and 84% to human WNT3 protein, another WNT gene product. The WNT3A gene is clustered with WNT14 gene, another family member, in chromosome 1q42 region.WNT3A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 335 amino acids (19-352 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.5kDa. The WNT3A Human is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The WNT3A Human protein solution (0.5mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 10% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
