The NK1.1 Monoclonal Antibody (clone PK136) is a high-affinity mouse IgG2a antibody that specifically recognizes the NK1.1 (also known as NKR-P1C or CD161c) surface antigen expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of NKT cells in select mouse strains, including C57BL/6, FVB/N, NZB, and SJL. This antibody is widely used for the identification, quantification, and functional analysis of NK cells in immunological research.
