Immobilized Recombinant Human metapneumovirus (CAN97-83) Post-fusion glycoprotein (His Tag) (Cat: 40993-V08H3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-Fusion glycoprotein F Antibody (Research Grade Clone 101F), the EC50 is 8-25 ng/mL and not bind Anti-Fusion glycoprotein Antibody (Research Grade Clone MPE8) (QC tested) .

The recombinant Human metapneumovirus (strain CAN97-83) Fusion glycorotein consists of 520 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 56.95 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 51.9 kDa and 17.1 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 192.2 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
