Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human JAK1 at ~130kD. Does not react with JAK2. Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat.
