Recognizes human Pax2 protein when phosphorylated at Ser394 in the 416aa isoform and at Ser371 of the 393 isoform. Sequence homology: Pax5 and Pax8. Does not react with purified, unphosphorylated GST-Pax2 proteins. Reacts with human HEK293 cell lysates and purified GST-Pax2 proteins phosphorylated by JNK.
