Recognizes mouse Pax2. Does not crossreact with other Pax family members. The major epitopes are located between aa204-373 of mouse Pax2. Two proteins are detected in mouse embryonic kidney lysates: a major band at 46kD (Pax2b) and a minor band at 48kD (Pax2a).
