Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human IL17RC (CAT #: AHJ23401) is coated at 0.5 µg/mL, recombinant human IL-17/IL-17A binds with an ED50=0.1-0.6 ng/mL.
